Anna Paquin (born Winnipeg, raised in Wellington) is an Canadian actress from Canada. Paquin is a native of Canada and New Zealand-born actress. Born in Winnipeg but raised in Wellington the city where she was born, she had her first appearance as an actor as a character in The Piano. In this romance film, at the age of 11 years old, Paquin won her second Oscar for Best Actress.
