Morgan and Maggie
Morgan Fairchild (born PatsyAnn McClenny Feb. 3, 1950) is an acclaimed American actress. The actress gained fame from the end of the 1970s and early 1980s by playing in numerous television shows that generally featured glamorous looks. Fairchild began her acting career between 1973 and 1977 during the run of CBS' Search for Tomorrow daytime soap as Jennifer Pace. She was Jenna Wade in 1978, the first time an actress had done so. The following year, she was the role of Jenna Wade in Flamingo Road (NBC), where she received an Golden Globe Award nomination for the best Actress for the Television Series Drama. She appeared on ABC's brief show on primetime Paper Dolls, and on the NBC soap opera Falcon Crest in 1985-86 as Jordan Roberts. Fairchild also appeared in the theater, and playing guest roles on TV shows like Murphy Brown and Roseanne Cybill. Fairchild was also nominated for an Primetime Emmy Award in 1985 due to her performance in the show. Additionally, she is a SAG-AFTRA Board Member. Born in Louisville Kentucky to a hotel manager as well as a housekeeper, Lawson was passionate about acting at an early age. The community theater was where Lawson began acting when she was 8. Maggie Lawson attended the Catholic girls high school. Maggie Lawson started her acting career at age eight years old, performing first in theatre productions.
